This project is funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and aims to understand the impacts of hydropeaking flow regimes on the fluvial dynamics and ecology of Mediterranean rivers. The project PI is Dr Damia Vericat of the University of Lleida, and there are partners in New Zealand, USA, Canada and (through the Hydroecology lab) in Malaysia.
